Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Terms and Conditions:
  • All return items have to be within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • In the case of damaged item(s), you MUST notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
  • You should have a valid reason for the return of item
  • The item must be in a new and unused condition returned in its original packaging together will all free gifts and accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity)
  • You must have proof of purchase

  1. Non-Returnable Products

    The following products are non-returnable:
  • Inner Wear (including shape wear)
  • Swimwear
  • Bathing and Skincare products
  • Diapers, swim diapers & Cloth Diapers
  • Milk Powders (Baby & Maternal)
  • Breast Milk Storage Bag 
  • Milk Powder Storage Bag
  • Socks & Stockings
  • Books
  • Supplement Products
  • Food/Consumable Products
  • Baby Cots and Beds that had been installed
  • All Pigeon Products (Please contact Pigeon After Sales and Customer Service for all matters relating to their Products)

  1. Valid Reason for Return
  • The product was damaged upon receiving it (You MUST notify Mummys Market within 24 hours for damaged product)
  • The product is different from what you have ordered
  • The product is defected and does not function as described in the product specification
  • There are missing parts/items as indicated on the product package
  • You change your mind (The product must be untouched and sealed in the original packaging)
  • You would like to change the size of apparels (Clothes/shoes)

    All returned product will be evaluated and if the fault is due to non-compliance with the product instruction given by the Merchant (written or verbal), negligence, accident, misuse or modification or alteration to the product, the returned product shall be rejected and no refund shall be given. For change of size for apparels (Clothes/Shoes), the apparels have to be returned with its original tag and packaging. Mummys Market reserve its right to reject any of the returned product should it not be in a satisfactory original condition.

  1. Return Delivery Fee
  • For product that are damaged, defected, different from what you have ordered or with missing parts/items, the return delivery is free of charge.
  • For product return due to your change of mind, return delivery fee shall be borne by you.
  • If your return of product is not valid, the product shall be returned back to you and the return delivery fee of minimum SGD$5.00 (depending on the weight and size of the product) shall be borne by you. 
  • If you would like to change the size of your purchased apparel/s (clothes/shoes), the return delivery and re-delivery fee shall be borne by you at minimum SGD$5.00 (depending on the weight and size of the apparel/s) per one-way trip.

  1. Refund

    For approved refund due to change of mind, the refund will be made via store voucher only and you will receive the voucher code through your email within 3 working days.

    For all other approved refund, the amount shall be credited back to your credit/debit card within 4 working weeks, depending on the processing time of your bank.
